Formatting Requirements

• Include the title page and the abstract. The title page will be removed prior to review.
• Include page numbers, headers, or footers according to current style and formatting guidelines appropriate for your discipline.
• Submit your article in American English.
• Submit your manuscript, including tables, figures, appendices, etc., as a single file MS Word document. Do not encrypt or password protect the document.
