Abstract
In light of the above, therefore, this study was undertaken to determine the status of the school business manager in Kansas in regard to the following: a. His official school title. b. His qualifications and. training. c. His major areas of responsibility. In addition, it was anticipated that a program of study might be suggested, for people entering the ranks of school business managers, which would give them a well-rounded background for the work and to recommend the college department in which particular courses outlined might logically be offered. A final purpose was to determine to what extent opportunity exists in Kansas for people who wish to earn a college degree in school business administration.
