Abstract

It is from the decisions of these learned judges of the supreme court of the State, affecting the organization of the schools, that this thesis is prepared. A specific law, or a popular interpretation of a school law will be given, affecting the organization of schools. The question involved will be mentioned and the opinion of the court given. The problem of this thesis is to review supreme court decisions in Kansas affecting the organization of schools.
