Abstract
My work seems to have a type of quiet nervousness. You don’t quite know what to think or feel about my work, and even sometimes I don’t. My images have a private sub-text which is not sexual but sensual in creating a balance of texture and form. I overlap these textures and forms to create a visual story silenced by the camera’s instant. I focus on the female form for the canvas of my work, adding textures and layers to create a balance. I am influenced by female artists and their messages about being a woman in “Her” world. My images can hold a secret or give it to you the way it is.
