Abstract
The purpose of the study is to ascertain what the attitudes and reactions of the Sisters were toward these changes. To secure this information, the procedure of privately interviewing fifty Sisters of St. Agnes, by means of the focused and non-directive method, recorded on tape, was utilized. The Sisters interviewed were those engaged either in the teaching, hospital, or domestic fields in Ellis County, Kansas.
