Abstract

The magnitude of veterans' counseling in our society and in educational and vocational institutions in America demands that this counseling be as effective as possible. A program of veteran's counseling should relate very closely to the stated objectives of the total program. Chapter II of the study outlines in some detail the impact of veterans upon society.
