Description
A Woman Holding a Child in the 1970s. In this black-and-white photo, a young woman in a long dress with a light-colored, loose-sleeved, long-sleeved, collared shirt with a ruffle at the wrist holds a toddler, aged three to four, with both hands under the child’s armpits, picking them up. The woman has straight, waist-length hair parted down the middle. The woman kneels to the same height as the toddler. The toddler wears a baggy ankle-length dress with short sleeves and reaches for the woman’s face. The toddler has bare feet and light-colored, shoulder-length hair. A wooden railing is seen behind the woman and toddler. Behind the railing is a black background.
