    Description

    The black and white photograph was taken in the 1980s in Gross Memorial Coliseum at Fort Hays State University. A man with a close-cropped beard and hair wears wire-rimmed aviator glasses and conducts a band. He wears a polo shirt with a tiger logo on the front and a paw print on the sleeve. On the left, two men are talking. One wears wire-rimmed glasses and a long-sleeved jacket, and he holds his hand up to talk in the second man’s ear. The second man bows his head to listen to the man talking. In the front-left corner, there is a music stand with sheet music on it. Behind the men, there is a basketball court. The bleachers are filled with blurred spectators.
