Description
The black-and-white photograph shows two middle-aged men with other people in the background at the 1977 75th Anniversary Exhibition. The man on the left wearing a windowpane plaid dark suit jacket with wide lapels and a wide dotted tie and black glasses in a plastic aviator style is looking straight into the camera. The man on the right wearing a light-colored suit jacket with a dark tie is looking at the man on the left. The two men are standing in a large room with many tall windows. Floor-length drapes frame the windows. Multiple men and women are mingling in the background. Both men hold disposable cups, and the man on the left has a badge that says WELCOME with a ribbon that has FHSU 1902-1977 on it. A man in the background holds a program that has a circular seal reading “Fort Hays State University,” and at the bottom of the program it says “75th Anniversary Exhibition.”
