Description
This black and white photograph features seven individuals posed with Fort Hays State Kansas College president Gerald “Jerry” W. Tomanek during the 75th anniversary of Fort Hays State University in 1977. Five unnamed women stand in the front row; four are wearing knee-length patterned dresses, and the other is wearing a short-sleeved pantsuit. Two women on either end are wearing large, dark-rimmed glasses. The middle woman holds a clutch purse, and the one on the right holds a flat white paper bag in her hand. Cunningham and Tomanek stand in the back row wearing suit jackets and striped ties. An unnamed individual stands to the left of Tomanek. The group stands in front of a window with drapes and a valance. All people in the image wear name tags with an FHSU ribbon underneath.
