Description
An up-close black-and-white photograph of multiple couples dancing at Fort Hays Kansas State College’s 50th anniversary celebration in the Sheridan Coliseum in 1952. To the right of the photograph is the backside of a man in a light-colored suit. Just to the left of the man is the backside of a woman in a mid-calf-length dress with a man's hand around her waist. To the left of her is a woman in a satin mid-calf length, short-sleeved dress. In the middle of the photo is a woman in a dark-colored mid-calf-length dress dancing with a man in light-colored cuffed trousers and a dark suit jacket. To the left side of the photo is a man in a light-colored suit dancing with a woman in a dark-colored mid-calf-length dress. To the very left is the side of a man in a light-colored tweed suit. The women’s shoes include Mary Janes and high heels.
