Deaths Nos. 13 and 14. Assessments 13 and 14. Diocesan Mutual Life Insurance Union of Leavenworth. Topeka, Kansas, March 4th, 1884. Dear Sir and Brother: You are hereby officially notified that an assessment of $2.20 is due from you in consequence of the deaths of Robert McPhelan, of Branch No. 10, of Ft. Leavenworth, who died February 1st, and John O'Connor, of Branch No 1, of Leavenworth, who died February 11th; both in good standing, and members of class "A." Must be paid before May 4th, 1884. GEO.
