Dear Sir and Brother: You are hereby officially notified that an assessment of $1.05 for Class A is due from you, according to Article 5, Section 1, for the death of James Dumfry, of Branch No. 5, of Atchison, Kansas; admitted Nov. 30th, 1881, died Nov. 2d, 1889, of emaciation, at Atchison.
