Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of academically suspended and reinstated regular-term students at Fort Hays Kansas State College from September 1, 1960, to July 1, 1964. This research was concerned with the sex of suspended students, home geographical area of students, college classification of students when suspended, grade point averages of students at the time of suspension, composite American College Test score of students, major field of study of reinstated students who graduated, and employment secured by reinstated students upon graduation.
