Abstract
The problem of this study is to determine how the Kansas Secondary School programs of physical education rate by comparison with the standards outlined in the LaPorte Score Card. Two sub-problems are posed in the solution of this problem: First, the application of the selected score card in selected Kansas secondary schools; second, the analysis and interpretation of data obtained from the applied score card.
