Abstract
This thesis is being written in an attempt to determine the practical value of college preparatory courses in educational administration. By practical value is meant the degree that administrators are able to use the training they receive in colleges and universities pertaining to educational administration. The title of this thesis is, “A Survey of Preparation and Needs of Public School Administrators in Western Kansas.” The study is of vital importance to the writer, school administrators, and departments of education in Kansas colleges and universities.
