Abstract
In recent years improvement in the quality of school buildings, equipment and supplies, qualifications of administrators, supervisors, teachers and almost all other employees have been advanced. Likewise requirements and standards for school janitors have begun or are increasing. Janitor-Engineer schools found within the borders of the United States, with special emphasis on the schools of Kansas, represent the scope of this study.
