Abstract
It is the special purpose of this study to find how personality factors affect the employability of youth. In a study of this kind it is necessary to consider the personality as a whole in relation to a larger situation, the ethnological traits of the group, the society in which the youth lives, the economic changes taking place in the community, and the physical and mental capacities in which he is endowed.
