Abstract

This exhibition is not the end of a MFA program; it is rather the most recent phase of an evolution that continues to unfold from my total life experience. In creating and recreating these objects I gain a better understanding of the work, my environment and myself. In the making of the pieces I am guided by the need and desire to simplify the elements of form to produce increasingly quiet, peaceful, and understated pieces that convey a spiritual quality.
