Abstract
Stephanie is constantly playing with an assortment of materials to create a multifaceted picture plane by which she illustrates images of emotion. These expressions are enhanced by the use of color and texture. The image dictates the color and surface choice by their varying mood. Her build up of surface area is a combination of found objects, exotic papers, and acrylic paint. The depth of the picture plane visually impacts the interpretation of the viewer. A combination of these materials allow the viewer to experience not only emotional content, but also the visual impact of each work. This exhibition is the result of constant experimentation of diverse materials, colors, and emotion.
