Abstract

Clay is the vehicle that provides me with a means of expression. With its manipulative quality, I am able to create my concepts three dimensionally. Clay has long been used as a container. I wanted to utilize this idea, but I did not want to be limited to the standard vessel. I began to think of the clay form as a spiritual container as well as a functional container, which lead me to the Human Vehicle.
