Abstract
The present investigation examined the school psychology training program at Fort Hays State University as it relates to the job satisfaction and employability of graduates. Thirty two graduates of the school psychology program at Fort Hays State University responded to a survey concerning their training, their job satisfaction, and their current occupation. The findings were discussed in terms of the implications for school psychology training programs in general and the school psychology training program at Fort Hays State University in particular.
