Abstract

Recycling the Found Object Toward Creativity. I do not claim to be the originator of the idea of using found object in creative ways, I do lay claim to the following definition. This definition covers the way I approach the found object. Whether it applies to anyone else’s art has to be up to them. Recyclic art - the art of changing a found object from its original function, taking it through change and/or incoporation toward a higher meaning: creativity.
