Abstract
Considering the nature of creativity in the visual arts today and the fragile complexity of the socio-economic and psychological pressures on the artist, a new form of meditation can serve as a survival link between the various essential processes involved in creative participation and can assist in achieving balance amongst these elements and between the artist and his chaotic and imbalanced environment-the planet Earth and its natural inhabitants.
