Description
This black and white photograph depicts a dig site with two human skeletons covered in plaster. Two men squat by plaster covered skeleton, they hold two wooden sticks against the fossil. George F Sternberg retrieves an item from the automobile. A plank of wood is propped against the open door of the car. A pile of tools lie around the three men. Handwritten text is on the left of the negative.
