Description
This item features the black and white photo taken at Jack Swayze's ranch in Clark County, Kansas during a faculty excavation trip. Three men are standing in front of a building holding plates in their hands; they are eating food that is on the plates. Two of the men have metal plates. The man on the left is wearing a long apron and a chef's hat. The screen door to the building is open and a table with various items on it is inside. The man in the middle is Professor J. M. Strange (identification made from a photo that is in the Wooster Collection.)
