Description
This black and white photograph features a large herd of South American sea lions. This photograph was taken in the midst of an expedition on the coast of Argentina. Pictured are a majority of what seem to be sea lion pups being closely observed by their elders. The entirety of the colony seems to be facing inland toward the surrounding hills. The herd of sea lions are lounging on a beach with rocky sand. A hill or outcropping can be seen on the horizon.
