Description
This is a black and white photograph depicts scattered fossilized dinosaur bones unearthed. The bones are embedded in their original rock. The bones themselves belong to a Therapod dinosaur. At least six rib fossils are visible, as well as a lower jaw fossil with teeth still connected, a leg bone fossil, and an ilium fossil. Around the bones are the footprints of the paleontologists in the loose soil, and the team has various pieces of paper intentionally weighted down by small rocks. A pair of men’s work gloves lie atop the rock surface toward the top of the photograph. To the right of the gloves is a small whisk broom. The far right portion of the photograph is overexposed. Numbers are written below the photograph.
