Description
This black and white photograph features a homestead belonging to a Peterson along the Red Deer River in Alberta, Canada. A row of trees stands along the riverbank. A field of oats is seen in the valley, and the badlands are in the background. In the left center of the photo, the Sternberg camp consisting of the two tents and the scow next to the river bank can be seen. Handwriting is below the photograph.
