Description
This black and white photograph features a homestead in the Cypress Hills in Saskatchewan, Canada. The front half of this photo depicts pastureland. On the right, four horses are grazing inside a fenced-in area of the pasture. The horse on the right has a light-colored body. The two middle horses are dark colored. The fourth horse is mostly dark with light around the ankles. At the foot of the hills farther back in the photo are a ranch house and a sod barn. The ranch house, on the left side, is white and has a fenced area on the side. The barn, on the right side, is surrounded by the same fencing that surrounds the horses. Handwriting is below the photograph.
