Description

This black and white photograph features paleontologist George Sternberg taken in 1915. In this photo, Sternberg is wearing a dark formal peacoat on top of a white button-up shirt and a striped tie. He is holding up a pair of gloves in his right hand, and in his left hand he is holding a black cane. On his left hand is a ring on his ring finger. He is wearing a fedora hat on his head. In the background is the siding of a building. Underneath the photo is an inscription. Handwriting is below the photograph.
