Description
This black and white photograph features the bed of the Judith River and depicts the riverbeds that were shoved up through the Bear Paw shales. The riverbeds are covered in grass, with occasional shrubs or sagebrush on the hills. On the left side of the photograph, the shales are visible at the bottom of the outcropping. The hills on this side of the photo also have several cedar trees. Handwriting is below the photograph.
