Description
This black and white photograph features an excavation site on the side of the large outcropping. George Sternberg has drawn a white arrow pointing to a man who is holding onto his hat and running down the excavation site. To the left of the man, four long-handled excavation tools are propped up on a ledge. A large tarp is on the ground on the right side of the excavation site. The outcropping has a few tufts of shrub brush in some spots. The plant life is more prominent farther back in the photograph. Handwriting is below the photograph.
