Description

This black and white photograph features a specimen of a limb of a Gorgosaurus. The limb was mounted by Charles M. Sternberg in 1913 and was to be placed in the Museum in Ottawa, Canada. The limb is mounted on a metal pole and stands on a wooden platform. Machinery is seen in the background of this workshop. The information about the limb is on page 58 and the photo is between pages 130-131 of the book written by Charles H. Sternberg - "Hunting Dinosaurs in the Bad Lands of the Red Deer River in Alberta, Canada."
