Description
This black and white photograph features a portrait of Holly Sylvester Chadd and his bride Eloise - Mrs. Chadd is wearing a light dress and a veil and holding a bouquet of flowers while sitting in a chair and Mr. Chadd is wearing a suit and is sitting on the arm of the chair. Otto Chadd - from Seward, Kansas ordered the photograph. (Post office and township in Stafford County) / note from a niece of Mr. Chadd: This is a photo of Holly Sylvester Chadd and his bride Eloise. Holly Sylvester died the following year at the Great Lakes Naval Training Center in 1918 from the Spanish Influenza Epidemic. He is buried in Seward Cemetery.
