SACAD: John Heinrichs Scholarly and Creative Activity Days
Originally starting in 2005, the John Heinrichs Scholarly and Creative Activity Days (SACAD) is an annual celebration to showcase the work of our students, faculty, and staff. This includes traditional poster presentations, art and creative works, musical performances, applied technology projects, and an opportunity to meet published authors. Submissions from all disciplines are welcome!
Reasons to Participate
SACAD provides students, faculty, and staff an opportunity to share their scholarly activities with the University community, as well as the larger community of Hays and Ellis County, using a variety of options for presentation formats. This can help clarify academic and professional goals while promoting advancement in a particular field of study. Scholarly and creative activity encourages critical thinking, innovation, collaboration and leadership.
