Artist's Statement

NEXT, a global advertising agency known for its creativity and passion for helping businesses grow, is excited to bring its work to Chicago. With key clients ranging from fast food chains and shoe brands to beverage and consumer-packaged goods companies, the agency lives by the mantra “being more human.” The new Chicago office is designed to enhance wellbeing, experience, engagement, and collaboration. Drawing inspiration from the city’s vibrant tourist culture, the space uses postcards as a bridge between travel and advertising—blending messaging with a retro aesthetic that unites generations and evokes nostalgia. This design not only connects NEXT’s various locations but also reflects how brands evolve over time, adding a layered sense of connection and vintage charm.
