Artist's Statement
Earthy and ethereal, this stoneware vessel showcases flowing, seashell like textures along its body and an expressive, coral inspired form at the top. High fired with a groggy white glaze, the surface allows warm brown tones to emerge through, creating a rich, organic contrast. It explores natural forms and surface movement, blending structure with spontaneity. Subtle cracking in the grooves adds to the piece’s raw, tactile quality, reflecting both the strength and fragility of natural elements.
