Artist's Statement
This is painting of my youngest brother when he was seven years old. He is standing in a Batman costume, looking at his shadow casted on our fence. This piece aims to capture the endless optimism that children possess, especially in forgotten rural areas like my hometown. Because they believe that anything can happen, anything can happen.
