Artist's Statement
My name is Kallie Messenger, I'm a freshman who is aiming to get a BFA. I do mix media as my main reach, trying out collage. My process was taking scraps from magazines and my own drawings with acrylic markers and cut out. Using glue and string to make my piece feel more put together with different layers and textures to see when up close.
