Abstract
Educators face growing political, cultural, and personal pressures that shape classroom relationships and student support. This study explores Wholehearted Teaching, a pedagogical approach influenced by Brené Brown and adapted for educational practice, to examine how faculty enact authenticity, empathy, flexibility, and accountability in higher education courses.
