The Original Halstead Band - About 1874 This picture, taken about 60 years ago, has faded badly, but the reproduction above gives you a general idea of how the original Halstead Band looked. Players left to right are: Dor Mathias, William Hinkle, M.S. Ingalls, James Ryan, George Hinkle, F. Mathers, L. Sweesy, D. Brower, W. Block, E. Taylor, J.E. Ruth, L. Bush.
