State College Leader - What Has Become of the Old Bell Tower?

This black and white printed document features an article discussing the history of the campanile project, as well as its sharp decline due to the depression and lack of funds. The article tells of the rebirth of the concept of the campanile as the entrance to the Memorial Union, but quickly tells of its downfall as well. The article explains that there was an effort made by alumni of 1935, but there is nothing to show for their support now. The article is the same on the first page and the second page.

This color document features a yellow covered booklet for those who are moving into the new Agnew Hall. The typed text describes the expectations for roommates, dining hall and classroom behavior and dress, usage of facilities, and guest policies. There is also a section detailing finances one living there should plan for. It includes a packing guide as well. There are hand drawn illustrations throughout. The booklet consists of 21 pages.

This guestbook is from the November 20, 1955 first open house showing of South Agnew Hall. The dedication message reads: "The First Open House of Agnew Hall, Presented by the first girls of the South Agnew Hall and their Housemother, Mrs. Florence Clemente. November 20, 1955." Signatures and addresses are written on following pages in blue and black ink. The guestbook consists of 62 pages. The second to last image features the green back cover.
