Lyman Dwight Wooster Photograph Collection

Lyman Dwight Wooster Photograph Collection

The Lyman Dwight Wooster Photograph Collection provides a historical view of the early days of Fort Hays State University through the 1950’s This collection documents some of the resources Wooster used in teaching classes as well as documenting the many trips he took with his family and friends. Dr. Wooster was an educator and administrator in education and a hobby photographer. His family donated his collection of glass plate negatives, lantern slides, and 35mm slides to the University Archives. All of the glass-plate negatives and some of the 35mm slides have been digitized by FHSU Digital Collections. The original negatives and slides are located in the University Archives.
