Abstract

This four page student newspaper titled "The Leader" was published for the student body at the Fort Hays Kansas Normal School, Hays, Kansas. This issue was printed with red ink and labeled "The Scandal Number". There are numerous errors and this statement : "The truth is not told in The Scandal Number of THE LEADER, but the person "touched off" knows that its scandal is often too true."(Page 2.) This newspaper is an April Fools issue.
