Description

This black and white photograph features a student in the foreground of the photo. The woman is wearing hot pants and a midriff top. She has her shoulder-length hair in pigtails. The pigtails are secured with a ribbon and tied in a bow. The woman smiles enthusiastically for the picture while the rest of the students in the background watch her. Twelve of the thirteen students who are watching her are women. The only man in the picture has a mop-top hairstyle and a mustache. The women’s hairstyles are from the 1970s. The women part their hair in the middle with pigtails or have their hair down and straight. The students in the background wear long-sleeved shirts or jackets. A tall pole behind the students extends up out of range of the photo.
