Description

This black and white photograph features a woman walking alone on the Fort Hays State University campus in 1983. The woman has dark hair and a mullet haircut. She is wearing a turtleneck, a striped sweater vest, and dark, straight-leg pants. Over the top, she has a plaid scarf around her neck and a long, light-colored trench coat. Snow covers the ground around her, and the sidewalks have been cleared. The sun is shining as several shadows are cast on the right side of the photograph. There are also several bare trees to the left of the woman. Behind the woman is Davis Hall and two tall, black lamp posts.
