Description

This black and white photograph features two women sitting on a small cement bench in the quad on campus facing away from the camera, toward Davis Hall in 1978. They are surrounded by trees casting shadows on the ground in front of them. Both women are wearing matching cable knit sweater jackets with a hood and a sweater-knit belt. The woman on the left has short, light hair, and the woman on the right has short, dark hair. They each have purses sitting to the left of them on the bench. The woman with dark hair has her head turned towards the light-haired woman. Directly in front of them is a group of three young men walking together and carrying books. Beyond those men, another man is walking by himself.
