Description

This black and white photograph features a college man leaning against the spare tire in the back of an International Scout vehicle with an object covering the lower half of his face. The student’s face is visible from the eyes up. The back window is propped up. The vehicle has a slight dent below the left taillight, and an “International” emblem is in the upper right-hand corner of the tailgate. The license plate is covered. Two metal trash barrels are in the background on the right side of the photo. The vehicle is moving and kicking up gravel and rocks on the sand road. An early 1970s Ford Maverick or Chevrolet Vega is parked across the street and visible through the windshield of the International Scout. In the photo, the road is lined with trees.
