Description

A picture of a newspaper stand, specifically one which dispenses the University Leader. The stand is decorated with a pennate flag and two small tiger stuffed animals. Both the flag, tigers, and machine are all Tiger Gold. The article on the front of this edition of the leader discusses FHSU keeping its tuition lower than other state institutions.
